Merry Christmas!

Well, the shopping, decorating, cooking, running about, and general holiday craziness will soon be at an end.... and we will all have a chance to enjoy the true and sacred meaning of this wondrous holiday.  To our readers that celebrate Christmas, Catherine and I hope that you have a wonderful time commemorating Christ's birth with your friends and family!

But first....

I want to share some photos of my home decorated for the Holidays!  My husband and I were thrilled to be selected to participate in the Avondale Estates 2011 Christmas Tour of Homes. OK, maybe I was more thrilled and my husband was more accepting of the inevitable, but I digress.  Regardless, come November, I got to work decorating the house.  I was a bit of a madwoman but I'm glad I did it!  We had a great time and the Tour was a success.  Since the Tour ended, we have been enjoying the sparkly fruits of my decorating labor.  :o)  And of course, these photos also highlight the beautiful job that Catherine's husband did in renovating our 1926 home.  Check out Blake's website here - he has done some amazing custom builds and renovations around the greater Atlanta area.

Merry Christmas to All!  We'll see you back soon!

xoxo

Lindsay
