you need are the following ingredients:

- About 15 - 20 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Green onion, I dice the entire bunch
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
I
start by cooking the couscous according to the box directions which
takes about 5 minutes. While that is on the stove top, I get to
chopping. I place the cherry tomatoes, green onion and yellow pepper
in a large serving bowl and add my couscous once it's ready. I toss
everything together, add a little salt to taste and voila, you have a
delicious couscous ready to eat. It's really that simple.
So,
here is one easy recipe to make as a side dish if hosting a shower,
going to a potluck lunch, or you could even take this to share at
your next bunco game night. It's a colorful dish and tastes great too!
